About

S.A.G.E. x PM

CinePipeAi replaced a 15-person production team with 50+ orchestrated AI agents. Lighting, wardrobe, animation, compositing: work that used to mean a specialist and a queue now runs as agents handing assets to each other across a real pipeline, in parallel, continuously.

Running the company that builds that the old way didn't make sense. A sprint board assumes someone is typing status updates by hand every morning. Our own roadmap doesn't work like that anymore, so the tool that manages it shouldn't either.

S.A.G.E. x PM is S.A.G.E., CinePipeAi's Synthetic Agent Generative Engine (the same creative director that orchestrates our production agents), turned toward a different job: running the work itself. Every task lives on a real dependency graph, not inside a sprint or an epic. The system computes what's actually ready to work on right now, ranks it against what matters, and dispatches it in batches to whoever's doing the work, human or agent, the moment it's unblocked. Confidence in a piece of work is tracked as its own signal, separate from whether it's "done."

This is how we run CinePipeAi, and it's built for every team on the platform, not just us. Whether you're using S.A.G.E. to orchestrate your own production pipeline or building on CinePipeAi's infrastructure directly, S.A.G.E. x PM is the same tool, doing the same job: keeping the work honest about what's ready, what matters, and what's still uncertain.
